Cubs is the second section in the Scouting family, after Beavers and before Scouts.  A Cub Scout is typically 8-10.5yrs old.

We have 2 Cub Packs at the 16th. One meets on a Wednesday evening from 6-7.30pm and the other meets on a Saturday morning from 9-10.15am.

Our Cub Packs are full of diverse and enthusiastic young people who love playing games, making crafts, exploring the outdoors and going away together. We’re a friendly bunch and new Cubs feel part of their Pack very quickly. Both Packs camp together and go on joint trips so making friends is easy to do.

In the Autumn we go away indoors for the weekend and then we camp outside in the Spring and Summer terms. We’ve even slept on the HMS Belfast and in Native American Tipis!
