Winter camp attended by 3000 Scouts and Explorers from across the UK with 70+ different activities.  Likely to be cold and/or wet.  Cost £50.

Patrol-based camp where Scouts will don all their own cooking.  Activities to include pioneering, zip wire, wide game and camp fire.  Cost £35.

 Mon 25 May Windermere Activity weekend in the Lake District
Weekend in the Lake District staying at Great Tower Scout Activity Centre.  Activities likely to include ghyll scrambing, sailing and climbing  Cost approx £75.

Sat 25 July

 Sat 1 Aug Chatsworth House Peak Camp 2015
Week long international camp with 7000 other Scouts and Explorers.  Cost approx £250.

 Sun 28 Sep Harmersgreen Wood Born 2B Challenged Camping Competition
County camping competition where Scouts camp in patrols without leaders.  Activities based on Outdoor Challenge badge.  Approx cost £25

 Sun 15 Nov Tolmers Green Beret
County competition involving 100+ teams.   Made up of 4 elements – Orienteering, Assault Course, – Challenge Incidents (daytime), Night Exercise. The Challenge is designed to test a group of Scouts through a range of physical and intellectual activities. It also proves to be a significant challenge to their Leadership and Teamwork skills.  Approx cost £30

Sat 28 Nov

 Sun 29 Nov St Albans vicinity Derek Turner – District Night Hike
Night Incident Hike over 8m course with 8/9 bases to complete plus camping overnight.  Scouts are not charged to enter this event.  As defending champions we will hope to do well again.
