Scouts is the third section in the scouting family, and Scouts are typically 10.5-14 yrs old.

At the 16th we have 2 very active Scout Troops, one meeting on a Wednesday evening and one on a Friday evening, both from 7.45-9.15pm.

Our Scouts get up to all sorts of exciting and adventurous activities, both in our regular meetings and on camps and visits. Both Troops work closely together and enter competitions and go on nights away together. We’ve even been to Switzerland on camp! Some of our Scouts went to the World Scout Jamboree in Japan in 2015 and in 2019 we have 4 Scouts going to the World Scout Jamboree in USA.
